You must be an active club member to participate.
Hoping to become a regular annual event, next time a smidge earlier in the year when not quite as hot.
The draw and events will be sorted pending the number of entries. At a minimum there will be four divisions:
- Gender Doubles < 50 years
- Gender Doubles 50+ years
- Mixed Doubles < 50 years
- Gender Doubles 50+ years
The format will be round robin. If there are two pools, the top entry in each pool will play for the win.
Early registration is appreciated so we can get a sense of the draw required and adjust divisions and timings as required.
Because of the organisation required, entries close midnight Thursday 7th November.
The rough timings will be:
Gender Doubles, 3pm to 5pm
Break with sausage sizzle, 5pm to 5:30pm
Mixed Doubles, 5:30pm to 7:30pm
Presentation and packup, 7:30pm to 8pm
If you don’t have a partner no worries, just submit your entry and we’ll be able to match people up!
